Reiki Energy Healing is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being.
With both my in person and distance Reiki, clients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I’m trained in other energy healing techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my clients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health and well being.
You will be in a relaxed- meditative state during your session, we can talk before and after your session. I will be calling on the Universal life force energy to flow through you to clear what needs to be cleared and heal what needs to be healed along with receiving messages from your spirit guides.
I am a highly sensitive psychic intuitive empath and able to feel your emotions and physical pains, helping with removing the stuck stagnant energy blocks being a medical intuitive and also clearing out and balancing your chakras.

There are 7 main Chakras or Energy Centers along our body. Each Chakra has a significance to our Body, Mind and Spirit. Stagnant energy or blocks can occur and cause energetic dysfunction within a Chakra and can cause issues in your daily life as disharmony or stress.
Clearing, balancing and aligning your Chakras can help you feel grounded, centered and calmer with less stress and able to focus. During a Reiki session I am able to see the chakras and balance the flow of energy to an even alignment.

RTT® is a therapeutic approach that uses powerful, evidence-based techniques to provide people with the tools they need to make positive change.
The roots of RTT® are drawn from within areas of traditional psychotherapy such as gestalt, solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy and mindfulness.
Its personalized approach works with clients to help them reframe any negative beliefs, values, habits and emotions – many of which they have carried with them since childhood.
Often, these have been so deeply buried in their subconscious that they are unaware of the past issues affecting them.
By giving the client the potential to alter the way they think and put an end to negative self-talk, they can approach life in a positive way and move forward.
Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. RTT® goes beyond this and focuses on identifying how, where and when unhelpful beliefs and behaviors were formed. It then utilizes the leading scientific principles of neuroplasticity to enable the creation of new neural pathways in the mind.
The tools and techniques which form RTT® as a distinctive therapeutic approach are not purely theoretical. They were developed by renowned therapist and bestselling author Marisa Peer over the course of her 30-year career. Through hands-on experience, Marisa was able to establish what created real change, with real clients, in real sessions.

I will help you reach a deeply relaxed state to enable you to focus on past events. As the client, you will work alongside me to uncover the meaning and interpretation you created at the time and the beliefs you formed as a result. You can then move on to reframe the way you look at the past from your adult perspective today.
Once that has been achieved, I will help you to create new, positive beliefs. This will be reinforced with a personalized audio for you to listen to for 21-30 days to establish beneficial change going forward.

Over the last 3 years now I have been developing more psychic gifts - Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Claircognizance, Clairsentience and am able to channel and receive messages from spirit guides, Angels, higher self, light family etc. during reiki sessions. The messages come as things I fell, hear and see in my minds eye, along with just knowing, as if they are talking through me.
During a card reading I like to use oracle cards from multiple decks and put messages together with multiple messages that come together with messages and insight from spirit, sometimes 3 or 4 cards with the same word come through when Spirit really wants to get your attention
